Dolce & Gabbana has joined forces with developer Michael Stern to put their mark on a luxurious condo tower in the vibrant city of Miami.

This renowned Italian fashion house is following the footsteps of other fashion brands in the South Florida region, venturing into the real estate market on a global scale. In a recent announcement, Dolce & Gabbana unveiled plans for two exquisite residential projects: one in Dolce & Gabbana Miami in collaboration with Stern’s JDS Development Group, and another in the picturesque town of Marbella, Spain, in partnership with Sierra Blanca Estates. Moreover, they have exciting prospects for a lavish hotel in the Maldives, in association with DarGlobal, as shared in a statement on their LinkedIn page.

The Miami development is most likely associated with JDS’ 888 Brickell project, which was initially expected to be a tower by the Major Food Group. This awe-inspiring super tall structure, reaching a height of 1,049 feet, is poised to become one of Miami’s tallest buildings, joining a group of other planned towers of similar stature.
